Robert (Bob) Hunter has been purchasing, renovating and selling homes in South Florida for 11 years. His experience includes single-family homes, historic homes, small income properties and multi-unit buildings. His informed opinion has been invaluable to many buyers and he’ll gladly meet with you about any property we offer. He and his wife, Yvonne, currently own and manage over 54 units in the Miami-Dade area. Bob understands what it takes to make a profitable deal for a purchaser.

He’s very familiar with the South Florida real estate and financial markets. Bob will help you with every step of your transaction, from finding the right property to getting the keys. It starts with understanding the sales contract, then arranging financing and insurance and finally handling the closing process. You’ll be informed about every step until your purchase is complete. He also provides financing through his other company Investor Funding Solutions LLC., a licensed Florida lender (www.investorfundingsolutions.com) He is also the founder and current president of the Dade Real Estate Investors Association (www.dreia.org) , a local real estate investment club that meets monthly in the Miami area.
